Licensed (or trial) users will be able to login to "The Enterpriser" program online. Licence holders will be provided with one year access to "The Enterpriser" program and a CD-ROM which contains teacher guidance and student worksheets. You will be able to contact us by emailing your questions direct from the website.
We will endeavour to provide the service with due diligence and reasonable standards of care and skill. You understand and expressly agree that use of the service by you, is at your sole risk, that any data and/or material downloaded by you or otherwise obtained by you through the service is at your own discretion and that you will be solely responsible and we shall not be liable for any damage caused to your computer system or loss of data that results from you downloading or receiving material or data through the service (whether due to the incompatibility of your computer system with the service or otherwise). We shall, of course, use reasonable endeavours to provide the continuing availability of the service, but we shall not in any event, be liable for interruptions or downtime of the service. Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the "The Enterpriser" website, we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses or any other invasive programmes which may be introduced to your computer system. Thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading any information, data or any other material whatsoever from this website or through the service.
Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to keep "The Enterpriser" website secure, we cannot ensure that your use of this website is entirely safe and free from any intrusion from any third parties (whether damaging or not) including (without limitation) any hackers. We accept no liability for any intrusion or damage to your computer system, or any breach of security, or any input or damage caused by any third party through the website.
